The "Lauro" is a small hotel (8 bedrooms) and restaurant conducted by the same family until at least the nineteenth.
Situated in a sixteenth-century house in the ancient, quiet village of Rezzonico in San Siro by Lake Como, on a staircase that descends to the lake from the castle (only 100 meters), inside the medieval village walls, where cars can go only for loading and unloading in the street on the rear. The public car park is at 100 m.

The cuisine has been passed down for generations being cared, always, by the owners, with particular attention to the authenticity and quality of products, preferably local and organic or biodynamic.
Solar panels, high efficiency boiler, biocompatible materials and, above all, varnishes, lacquers and paints for interior and exterior, products by SOLAS (www.vernicinaturali.it), are our special attention given to environment and health in recent restorations.

The Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available from the restaurant and the rooms (usually from 8.30 AM to 11.30 PM because in the night we prefer to avoid electromagnetic pollution).

Nearby there are nice turist paths, suitable for everyone, and within a few kilometers you can reach the Swiss.
